Click the ‘Find coordinates’ button to use the 🌐 ESPG map and navigate to your desired location.

Once you've selected your site.📋 copy the coordinates and paste them into the Sitemaker input field.

Choose the desired dimensions of your site.
📏 Maximum size: 300 × 300 meters = 36 hectares.
Make sure the site fits within the limit to ensure proper data processing.

Choose the data layers you want to include in your model.
Examples:
✅ Zoning plans
✅ Building volumes
✅ Property boundaries
✅ 3D terrain
✅ etc.

These layers will appear in the 3D viewer and be included in your IFC download 💾.

Review your selected location, site size, and data layers.
Everything ready? Click generate files, proceed to checkout where you’ll find a download button with your 3D.IFC files. 📩

Import your IFC files into your BIM software of choice (Revit, Archicad, etc.).

No BIM software? No worries, use any free IFC viewer (for instance https://www.solibri.com/).

🧲 All layers will be automatically placed at the null point (0,0,0) — ready to easiliy start designing!

📌 We are working on embedding the original coordinate point, so you can always relocate the model to its real-world position when needed.
